Demand for properties in Naxos Island is high especially in South West Naxos in the area of Agios Prokopios, Stellida, Agia Anna, Plaka, Pyrgaki, Orkos, Mikri Vigla and Kastraki. The demand is focused mostly on holiday houses and then on the land.

Naxos Town is in a different situation because availability of land is limited. There is satisfactory demand for villages in Mainland Naxos, especially for those amphitheatrically built. It is expected that demand in Moutsouna and Panormos will be increased.
